You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account information updated. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

4 Professional Responsibilities

If you register as a professional service provider, you agree to:

• Deliver services professionally and in accordance with industry standards
• Communicate clearly and promptly with clients
• Complete jobs as agreed and within specified timeframes
• Maintain any required licenses, certifications, or insurance for your services

5 Client Responsibilities

If you post jobs as a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete job descriptions
• Communicate clearly about your requirements and expectations
• Pay agreed-upon fees for completed services in a timely manner
• Provide honest and fair reviews of professional services

6 Payment Terms

Payment terms and methods are agreed upon directly between clients and professionals. Mjeshtri24 facilitates the connection but is not involved in the payment transaction. Both parties are responsible for fulfilling their payment obligations as agreed. Any disputes regarding payment should be resolved directly between the parties involved.

7 Prohibited Activities

You may not use our platform to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Circumvent our platform fees or terms
• Scrape, copy, or misuse our platform content or data

8 Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or any other reason we deem necessary to protect our platform and community. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

9 Limitation of Liability

Mjeshtri24 acts as a marketplace platform connecting clients and professionals. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or any other aspect of the services provided by professionals. We do not guarantee the accuracy of user-provided information. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10 Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from the services provided through our platform should be resolved directly between the client and professional. We encourage open communication and fair resolution. While we may provide guidance or mediation assistance, we are not obligated to resolve disputes between users.

11 Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notification. Your continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12 Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of North Macedonia. Any legal disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Skopje, North Macedonia.
